If you are an exhibitor and intend to send materials or leaflets / gifts for the delegates bags please read and take note of the following information - Important Customs Information
**It is the exhibitor's responsibility to ensure that packages arrive in Istanbul in good time. Voyageur Publishing and Events will not take responsibility for packages that do not arrive at the hotel

The perfect environment for you to engage in "face to face" meetings. The exhibition area is the place where you can make new and long lasting business relationships in these quickly developing Industries. With the conference taking place over "full days" we offer our exhibitors a constant stream of visitors and host all coffee breaks and three lunches in this dedicated area to maximize exposure to your products and services.

A limited amount of exhibition space is available within the hotel complex. Booths are located adjacent to the main conference hall. All booths are available on first come first served basis. Specific booths may be requested but not guaranteed.

Booth space will be of a shell scheme construction, with 2 x 3 m2 wall panels, back and side. Also included is a fascia board on front side of booth with standard lettering in black with a maximum of 20 letters and a 2KW electricity connection with triple socket outlet.

All coffee breaks and buffet lunches will be served in the exhibition area to maximise networking between exhibitors and delegates.

Stand Modular - White

• Carpeting type M-3 with uniform colour to be chosen (see below the colour possibilities)  and carpeting protection plastic during the set up.

• Aluminium frame structure in silver colour, 2,70 mtr high (2,56 mtr without aluminium frames), finished with 1,00 m width (0,95 m width without aluminium frames) of white melamine panels.

• Fascia board 0,39 mtr with Exhibitor’s name (20 letters maximum sin Standard labelling consisting in adhesive letters in black vinyl colour). Clearence for emplacement of overhead sign 0,27 mtr.
• Electric installation including a 5 kw (5000 watt) electric power supply box including a switboard containing a base socket for 500 w diferencial and magnetothermic (only one socket inside the electrical box). Sportlight lighting at a rate of 50 w/sq.m.

All exhibitors must be registered as either a full delegate or with an exhibitor registration.
